Dec 12,2023I’ve been using WHN products for my thyroid since October 2016 with excellent results! In August, 2016, at 55 years old, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos. My doctor wanted me to start taking thyroid meds. I refused as it’s my goal to avoid all medications for as long as possible. I told her I would look into alternatives. I stumbled onto the WHN website and was pleasantly surprised to find so much educational info and decided to give their supplements a try. Six months later, I had another blood test to check my thyroid levels and was happy that the results indicated that my levels were much better. I felt better, as well. Many of my symptoms had subsided or disappeared altogether. I continued taking the supplements and getting my blood tests every 6 months, eventually moving to annual testing. My thyroid levels have been normal for the last 5 years. So, for me, these supplements work. I started with the T-Balance Plus and Essential Nutrients (I did make adjustments over time, reducing the dosages to what worked best for my morning movements) and eventually added the Adaptisol and, more recently, their Omega 3’s. I’m in my 60’s now and still getting good/normal blood test results. As for Customer Service, they are wonderful. Since I don’t use as much as directed, I don’t use the auto-ship program. They’re fine with me calling my orders in, as well as suggesting the best deals and sales to help me get the best pricing each time. If I have any questions, any time, they’re there to answer them. Ordering has been easy and the products show up quickly. I also very much appreciate that the products are made here in the US. I know every body is different but if you’re looking for an alternative to expensive, lifelong synthetic hormones, I would highly recommend giving Women’s Health Network and their products a try.

Nov 28,2023First, I read many articles, books, stories regarding women's menopause health. I wanted more natural ingredients and less pharmaceuticals. I came across Women's Health Network (via Google Search) and liked their website layout, quiz, and information. I began taking Herbal Equilibrium and I like the overall effects. I am calmer, and less weepy. I have not taken some for a few days (3+), testing myself, and I can definitely feel the difference which is reverting to an emotional roller coaster, weeping over insignificant stuff, and being irritable. I try not to miss too many doses! At first, I did take two tablets, morning/night, but now I only take my morning. I don't feel the need for both, but in the beginning, I did. I was skeptical at first; glad I gave it a try, and will continue to use until not needed. **I cannot comment regarding hot flash control as for me, mine seem to be diet related.

Initially it helped me sleep better but I feel like I’m having trouble in that area again, thus my 4 star ⭐️ review. I will stay on the product as I feel it made a significant difference. It’s absolutely worth trying!

I am in an auto delivery and sometimes my timing gets off (too many or too little for an upcoming trip) and they are ready to help out. My experience has overall been very good. I’ve been using there vitamins for over 15 years.
