The Essential Nutrients helped me tremendously to get through Menopause without hormone supplements!! I had the usual symptoms but very mild due to taking these vitamins every day.. Went off this product for a short while due to a medical procedure but now I am back! So very good to feel this healthy again! Just give the Essential Nutrients a try. You will agree these are the best for your health @ a affordable price too!

Sep 21,2022I found Women's Health Network when I was searching for holistic treatment for my pre-menopause symptoms. I didn't want to take pharmaceutical hormones. I read all the information on their website and read all the reviews and finally decided to try Herbal Equilibrum pills which worked wonderfully. After about 7 days my heat flashes went away and I was able to sleep a full 8 hours at night. I just started taking their Bioidentical Progesterone Cream because I've been very short tempered and stressed. Within 5 days I feel completely different. I'm back to my old self. My husband teases me and calls the cream my "happy cream". He has even suggests to his male friends that they recommend it to their wives.

Sep 10,2022The phone conversation was helpful when I called in trying to pinpoint the problem and to offer suggestions on herbal supplements. I’ve taken Serinisol and herbal equilibrium for a month but haven’t noticed a change with my sleep issue. I need to call again to see about additional help.

Oct 08,2022These products seem well researched. But I was not able to tolerate them. I have migraines with a hormonal trigger which have been getting less severe and frequent as I've made my way though menopause. When I started taking the hormone balance and metabolism products my migraines came back with a vengeance and went away again as soon as I stopped. Not unequivocal proof of causation, but not a risk I'm willing to take.
