Feb 28,2022I have taken the Better Bones Builder supplements for many years now. I was diagnosed with osteopenia and osteoporosis 20 years ago. I am now 75. Osteoporosis being a "silent thief," is only detected when damage can be measured. I will say that I have not lost any height or experienced a difficult fracture. The dramatic change I noticed after the first 30 days of taking the supplements was so exciting. I no longer am plagued by restless leg symptoms keeping me awake for hours during the night. I hardly ever have symptoms. When I do, they are mild, and go away quickly. Must be a great vitamin B combo in these pills. For this reason alone, I am hooked and so very grateful!

My bones are fine; have had several falls (I'm almost ninety years old) and have broken nothing. In addition telephone sevice is excellent; I am not crazy about using the computer but I get to talk to a real person directly, which is a pleasure.

I’ve called in to speak to nurse practitioners on certain issues that I’ve had to make decisions about and they were absolutely gracious, kind and most of all, helpful in my decision-making. I use their supplements, Essential Nutrients and I love them and yes I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel when I use them. I have also used the Herbal Equalibrium ,especially when I was going through menopause and I found that to be the only thing that helped me, it steadied my nerves helped with bloating, moodiness and got rid of my huge fibroids! My doctor even wanted to know what I was taking because my fibroids had shrunk to the size of a pinhead. Best of all he also approved of them as well. I have recommended women’s health net work to more of my friends then I can tell you. I absolutely love them!

Feb 10,2022At my surgeon's request, I recently went off my Adaptisol for an elective surgical procedure. During the time I wasn't taking my supplement I felt the stress start to build. I started feeling relief 3 days after restarting. I do many non-phamaceutical techniques for stress and yes they too help. Adaptisol is like the cherry on top of the sundae or the icing on the cake. Feb 02,2022I have been on the Better Bones Builder Formula for 12 years and up until perhaps 6 months ago, I have really loved this program. I do supplement the program with a few additional vitamins/ nutritional products, but have relied on this program as the "VITAL" part of my supplements and thus the 12 years of subscribing to the two products in this regimen. When I opened my bottle of Better Bones Builder in the last few months I was surprised to see capsules instead of tablets. No problem there, but the amount you needed to take now was reduced to 6 capsules from the previous 8 tablets. Upon closer review of the supplement facts, I saw things had changed, and IMO NOT for the better. The calcium level has decreased by several hundred milligrams and the explanation was that the calcium source was more absorbable so less was needed. There may be some truth in that, but I was just heartbroken about this change as I relied on this product for the bulk of my calcium. Of course, if you now only take 6 capsules rather than the previous 8 tablets you certainly have to decrease the bulk of what will now fit into 6 capsules. I guess the reduced calcium was the ultimate target. I don't find the capsules any smaller or easier to take than the tablets, which was also listed as a complaint by other users of this supplement program. But to each their own! At this point I feel I may have to supplement with additional calcium, IF I can even find something that is highly absorbable. I wish that before this product had been reformulated that you might have reached out to some of us who have been using this for many years to get some input before you just reformulated the product because a few people complained about it being difficult to take. I for one am absolutely SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Before the reformulation I would have given 5 Stars, but sadly I no longer feel this way.

The essential nutrients and omega 3s are awesome- I feel like I have so much energy compared to what I felt before. Everyone in customer service is so friendly and helpful also- so easy to deal with.
