May 05,2022After spending many weeks fretting over the application with not much luck getting a response to my queries, I was overjoyed to encounter Nikki! Without a doubt this has been a stressful time for all involved but Nikki managed to talk me through the application and guide me in the right direction to ensure I managed to get the application in. I will inevitably have more work to do on it but I'm not as horrified as I would have been at the prospect of attempting it alone!

Mar 29,2022Useless if you are applying for Woodsure Registration. Don't seem to have any idea that payment has been made or that the manual has been completed. They never get back to you if you call or email.

Mar 22,2022I am here in desperation, as Woodsure seem to reply to their reviews, which is more than they do to their emails. They did also ask me to leave them a review (!?) Have been trying to register for the new self supplier scheme for two months now. Not a single reply to any of my emails and the phone just times out and asks you to leave a message for them to call back (which they don't) The deadline for the scheme registration is the end of this month and they are now clearly completely over-run (predictable and could have been planned for). Given what I'm paying to be part of this scheme, and how long ago I started my application, this is abysmal. As you don't reply to your emails and you're now telling people not to call you on your recorded message, maybe you can get back to me here and do some damage limitation? I think you'll have a few more of this type of review coming your way in the next few days unless you get your act together.
