May 21,2021Another successful parcel delivery. The parcel was picked up on Friday 30th April at 1.15 in Cardiff and delivered on Tuesday 4th May at 14.00 in Auckland. This was the quickest delivery time. Very impressed by the cost and speed of the service.

May 20,2021WE BOOKED A SHIPMENT AND PAID, THE COURIER DID NOT TURN UP FOR THE PARCEL. WHEN WE CHASED THIS UP WE WHERE TOLD THAT THE PARCEL HAD BEEN SCANNED AND WAS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. THIS WAS IMPOSSIBLE AS IT WAS STILL IN OUR WAREHOUSE. ALTHOUGH THE COMPANY COLLECTED THE PARCEL THREE DAYS LATER, THE REASON THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THIS IS BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE CALLS, AND WE HAD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH DHL TO GET THE PROBLEM SORTED. Because this was an urgent airmail booking and we could not contact WPS by telephone, it was deemed quicker to contact DHL direct, which is what we did and DHL then took responsibility for the problem.

May 15,2021My parcel arrived in South Africa, however the package had been opened, before delivery and 2 of the mp3 players had been stolen out of the package. I will be making a claim against the company. So disappointed. Your company filled out the invoice. Obviously only put the ones they didn't want on the invoice. Disgusting that your company or DHL would steal from a blind pensioner. These were second hand mp3 players that I had brought from SA to put audible books on. Sent then via you as I've had things stolen via SA post office. Will never use you again. Its really not about the money about the fact that she cannot listen to her books.

May 10,2021Superb service UK to France. Booked Monday, shipment collected from UK warehouse on Tuesday at lunchtime, and delivered in rural France on Friday just after breakfast time. Cannot fault this company. My shipment was 95kg in total on a pallet. Received the link to pay the VAT/customs duty and disbursement charges within 2 hours of the pallet being collected so it was pre-cleared before it arrived in France. It arrived ahead of the initially scheduled 1 week. Pre-booking contact by email was professional and responses were timely. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

May 22,2021l had just printed off my tracking label and was still attaching it to my parcel when the courier called to collect it! I liked the fact that the customs forms are sent electronically which cuts down on all the paperwork that you need to print. Also I could track my parcel on each stage of it's journey to New Zealand. The delivery time was estimated 2-4 days and I worked out that it actually took 86hrs from pick-up to receipt which was pretty good going. WPS was the cheapest courier price i could find and I was really happy with their service. This is the second time I have used WPS and i would have no hesitation in using them again
