Jul 29,2021This parcel for our 4 year old granddaughter in New Zealand was collected by the courier early on in the time slot on Thursday which was very helpful. It was delivered to our NZ family on the following Monday and they had been kept informed of the parcel’s progress up to delivery. Excellent service in these uncertain pandemic times.

Jul 27,2021Easy service to use. I found them on Google. Made all the arrangements for my package to be picked up and delivered. I had never sent a parcel abroad but they organised everything. It was simple and easy. I was able to track my parcel from my door to the recipients door.

Jul 20,2021Used for sending legal documents from UK to Australia. The previous time I sent documents I used Royal Mail tracking, and it turned out that while the documents made it to Australia pretty quickly, it took ages for Australia Post to deliver the documents. I thought this time that I would use a courier to bypass the Australia Post system. Well, the tracking is more detailed that Royal Mail who only track until the parcel leaves the UK. However, once the package arrived in Melbourne, the destination city, I got the tracking message "Delivery arranged no details expected". No more tracking. Fullstop. It turns out that the courier has given the parcel to Australia Post to deliver. Of course, I was not able to track it further and delivery took ages. Not happy.

Jul 18,2021The parcel didn't arrive on time and when I contacted them they were less than helpful. They said I didn't provide a telephone number to the country I was sending it to but at no point did the stipulate this

Jul 17,2021Amazing price. Posted a 4kg box to Norway. Arrived within days. Bit of a pain having to list every single thing, incl weight and what it's made of but this ensures it gets through customs without a hitch. Would definitely use again.

Jul 14,2021I shipped two large parcels UK to Bulgaria. Since I was moving, I basically had a suitcase and one huge box with all sorts of bits and bobs and personal effects. The box was rather heavy and by the amount of tape it was covered in at arrival it didn't survive the trip but by golly it got here. The shipment didn't arrive as advertised but that's more of a "customs now that the UK left the EU is terrible" rather than an actual complaint against the service. They did try to return my perfectly valid documents (for customs) at one point but I think that too was an issue more on the customs side. The rest was scheduling and minute issues. I was worried at one point that customs and delays would add some hidden charges for me to pay afterwards, but no such bill arrived. Anyway, I generally live in a difficult to find place so I was pleasantly surprised I only had to give the driver minimal instructions. Would use the service again.
