Nov 14,2023Booking was easy and straightforward. Prices were clearly shown. Pick-up was as promised. Delivery was just a few days later. The recipient was contacted by DHL, and the delivery was as expected. Prices are exceptionally good.

Oct 24,2023Positive: Process easy to follow with clear instructions; Efficient and timely pick-up; Detailed tracking information throughout; Package in A1 condition on delivery. Negative: Considerably slower than a previous shipment; 2 days / 3 Sort Facilities before leaving Europe, resulting in delivery being outside the service guide time. On balance, would recommend and will use again.

Oct 20,2023Not good. Phone contact is difficult. My items were damaged but no compensation. Probably better to go elsewhere. The reply illustrates some of the issues. It’s basically self service. If you need guidance go elsewhere plenty of other suppliers.

Oct 10,2023I can not believe how fast and efficient this service was, it was amazing. Collected from a private address, it was delivered by road (as needed for this package) faster than an air package sent at the same time. There is no hesitation I would use this company again.
