72 Hour Delivey claim is misleading and a lie I ordered and paid on 7th October 2020 and am still yet to recive a call to arrange delivery 19th October 2020. Fire World customer service is poor and all by email and they dont answer the phone Best advice is order your stove else where
Had two fitters rich and colin. They were excellent very hard working, polite and chatty. My chimney was blocked which they didnt know till they started and they worked relentlessly at unblocking it for for 3 and half hours. They stayed until fire was fully fitted which was 7.30 PM. The fire looks brillant and frank in the shop who helped me was a lovely guy. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Prior to purchasing the Eden Elite slimline gas fire the technical department provided knowledgeable advice on suitability, performance and installation. Whilst fireworld do advertise price match, I found their price included essential "extras" which their competitors charged an additional £112.00, so I didn't bother comparing. On-line ordering was simple, delivery was free. The product arrived within four days. It was well packed and the carrier couldn't have been more helpful and patient whilst I checked for damage. In all a smooth cost effective purchase. Thanks.
Really pleased with my new fire, had an issue at the start ( my fault ) but Carol in customer service was extremely nice and nothing was too much bother, would really rate this company for their before and after service. Regards Margaret

Customer service good for advice. But Found it annoying you had to send an email to get a response after we had brought the fire. Took a couple of days for someone to get back to you. Brought a fire belly 2, double sided. Does give out heat and looks very modern. But smokes a lot at times when you open the door to put more logs on. Had a chesney burner before wish I had paid that extra and gone with one of these again. But this is just my opinion.

Their email after purchase said they would let me know once with a courier. Didn’t hear anything from anyone until the pallet lorry was outside my house and ringing the door bell. He then rang my mobile I work over an hour away from home. I told him we should of had a phone call to book a delivery time he said I’m ringing you now. Bit late when your outside mate. I had to ring my wife luckily she wasn’t working too far away she got home in 10 minutes shame we didn’t keep him waiting longer really. Log burner is really good and excellent value for money my chimney sweep is always jealous when he comes round.

Fireworld were great to deal with - made the process very easy for me and I got a great deal - cheapest i could find on the internet for the particular Hunter stove i bought. Customer service and advice also first class. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future for any requirements i have. Thank you guys!
Horrendous!! Shop elsewhere, rude staff. Item advertising price reduction, screen shot this and even checked with staff beforehand and had email confirmation back as proof. I was denied the offer even with proof! They will entice you in with offers and not deliver - avoid this company The reply did make me laugh -All Lies not embarrassing but your inability to train your staff properly is. I still have the proof do you want me to send it again?
I’m a new customer to fire world, I ordered a fire last Friday, it states 3 working days it should be with you! I had heard nothing up till this morning so 1 week! So I phoned the company to speak with somebody as you have to email the company and wait up to 3 days for them to get back to you, the man I spoke to in sales was less than helpfull ! And put the phone down on me!! then just after that phone call I get an email to say it was damaged in transit! (funny that) it’s disgusting customer care! I payed £625.00 of my hard earned money to this company to be treated like this! May be they need some training on there customer care skills wether they are sales or not! RUDE STAFF! Never even gave me a chance to ask if I wanted a refund as my fire hadn’t arrived.
Wanting an entire log burner installation, I visited the fireworld showroom in torquay and was impressed - impressive showroom and leagues ahead of competitors. Despite some bad reviews on the web, my gut feeling was that these were the guys to go with. I have to say I’m so glad I went with them. Everything has been thorough and professional... excellent initial information from Marc, excellent inspection and quote from Steve, and a fantastic installation by Baz & Tony. Baz & Tony were friendly, professional and did an extremely good job. If you’re considering Fireworld, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 10/10.
Worst company ever - deliver products (flue box) without any packaging and then insist it has to be returned in a box. It’s the same guy who pretends to be the “sales department” who then replies as “customer services” via email. Worst company ever. Save your money and spend money with a company who not only take your money and deliver goods but also help you when things go wrong. Video evidence was shared with the company which showed their driver delivering without any packaging. Customer is definitely always right!

Nov 09,2020I originally posted a poor review for this company as our order - a £500 fire- went missing. Unfortunately the order wasn't tracked so we had no idea that it had gone missing and obviously Fireworld were unaware we had not received the order. Once we had raised the issue a replacement was sent out within a couple of days and this time the order was tracked and delivered on time. Fireworld have resolved the issue and the fire is just what we wanted. Had the first order been tracked then it would have been 5 stars.
