They contacted us quickly and at our first meeting they understood clearly what we wanted and quoted us a competitive price. This was completed within a few weeks and they were very patient with the numerous formatting requests we made until the finished article was exactly what we wanted. On the back of this we got them to transfer our whole website onto servers that they control. I like that they generally respond to email within a day, rather than weeks with our old company.
