Apr 01,2022Two brackets were too bent to use. I emailed the company and told them. They apologized and offered to refund $20. I explained I would rather have the brackets replaced. I was advised they would be - when in stock again and I received the $20 within a few days. I still have not received the replacement parts.

Mar 25,2022Product seems to be very nice. Problem with shipping, tempered glass top came shattered in a thousand pieces. Tried calling YaheeTech, but phone system is working. No one responded to emails. Finally found a Location where you could Messenger them. Would encourage YaheeTech to have a better way for customers to get ahold of them. Once I could Message them everything went find.

I’ve ordered their cat tree house which my cat absolutely LOVES, it’s really comfortable to touch, they enjoy nap time the most. This was an amazing purchase yet again, shipping was really fast and the tree house was very easy to assemble. 10/10 recommend.

The soft fluffy fabric will be perfect for a sleepy kitty to enjoy just lounging around in. Easy instructions, and only took 15 min to put together! Great gray color too. Good purchase worth it.
