The product came with great visuals and well written instructions,making it a fun put together project.( I usually hate putting stuff together because of poor instructions, but not in this case). Final product is very sturdy and gives my living room a very industrial vibe. I would recommend anyone to get this bamboo piece. It's amazing.

Sep 03,2021Never buy ANYTHING from this company!!! They will not allow a return!! But if they do, you'll be charged about %40, and still never receive your partial refund, bc they will say something is wrong with it after receiving it back, just to keep from refunding you one dime!!!

Aug 30,2021The couch are made from real leather not synthetic which gives a classy luxurious look that I really appreciate. The quality of the leather was superb, durable and are easy to clean incase of a spill. The couch was very comfortable and their prices are flexible

Such well made, adorable clothing, the sizing is amazing, the pants fit so very well which is saying a lot when you are over a size US 24, even the undies fit so well! Amazing. Aug 20,2021I ordered office furniture from this company, including an office chair. The box got damaged during shipping. Some of the parts got scraped and damaged. The chair was a perfect match for my desk and was great quality and looked regal. I didn't want a credit, I wanted a replacement. The box was too big, heavy, and now damaged to send back, so I called customer service to see what can be done. Very good and attentive rep offered to replace damaged parts. I am now super happy with this chair. The cushions are perfectly padded, the construction is solid, and the level of craftsmanship is remarkable. Overall great outcome for something that clearly was not their fault.

Aug 14,2021Bought a bike trainer - looked really good but had a fault that the thumb screw that holds the drive against the bike wheel wouldn't tighten into the captive nut to hold it against the wheel. Contacted the support email who were of no help simply requesting pictures - you can't see this fault in a picture. Stay well clear of these people.

Sep 14,2021I purchased a bed frame yaheetech for my son's bedroom. The shipment arrived on the exact date as promised. The overall product quality was beyond my expectations of being like an Ikea quality furniture. The wooden planks and steels are finely polished, which make it suitable to be a long term furniture. While I had some issues while installing the components and had to reach out to customer support. Pleasantly, they were quite helpful and gave me enough support to put everything together. Definitely will come back for more products.
