Oct 15,2022I was wanting a replacement for my old Yarmo smock (after 16 years) but there weren't any in my size so I thought I'd try a tough shirt meantime. The shirt is brilliant - proper sailcloth , pre-shrunk (even made in Britain !) . It's generously-enough sized that I could get a thin jumper under it , like the old smock , so as to have the insulation as well as the windbreak properties of sailcloth. The buttons come down to my chest only so it is very like the smock and the arms are full and long enough.

Sizing good - 40 chest fits wellnd accurately, body length good and even the sleeve length which I have a problem with on most jackets was just about long enough. Very pleased with a locally Norfolk made, well fitting but durable jacket at great value. Spot on with the industrial utilitarian chic look!
