Nov 07,2024Its the right material, that makes the difference. Its taken an absolute age to find someone who produces, the material that I've been trying to wear, for so long. Most manufacturers employ the "marine/Sailcloth" terms but are only providing cotton twill, which is heavy, cold and wears out in a year. Not so Yarmo, at last I have a much warmer, more flexible and comfortable material to wear. I'll have to remember to order some more, so that I may future proof myself against modernity.

It has a good 'medium'(?) weight - ideal for Autumn conditions as a comfortable and comforting overgarment (a happy tent with pockets....don't let the 'tent' bit put you off - pick YOUR size to suit, allowing for Winter jumpers or snug fit...'tent' OR fashion accessory - I think it works as both). Haven't done it justice yet - but I believe it's season is coming!! Thinking about buying another and dyeing it black (which I wish was an option - but hey...) Looking forward to many years of use for myself and whoever - and...a little bit of Yarmouth for an old G.Y.G.S. boy (now in the West Country).... All Good.
