Nov 11,2022I have ordered from yarn work twice for a furls crochet hook. Unfortunately the second time the hook snapped straight away. I emailed the team, but didn't receive a response for 4 days so i chased on the 5th day. This may be normal, but with no automatic email advising of wait times i was unsure. The team did send out a replacement which arrived promptly and full of bubble wrap as a precaution. Very happy overall with the experience!
