May 15,2023Update: Yarnworx didn’t receive my email for some reason, but following this review they contacted me promptly and sent out a replacement part. There was an issue with the delivery supplier and they also checked in to see if it had arrived. Thank you Yarnworx for resolving this :) Original Review: A year ago, I purchased a set of needles from Yarn Worx. Recently they broke, and I spoke with the manufacturer, who suggested I contact Yarn Worx directly as I am based outside of the US. I did this on 6th May, via their email address, but have received no response yet (9 days have passed). Will happily change this review if and when I do receive a response, however, but it’s not ideal to be waiting this long, particularly regarding a faulty product.

May 15,2023Yarn worx is run by an amazing couple who are both helpful and knowledgeable. Teresa and Gav's new premises in Hadleigh Suffolk is so inviting, a crafters Aladdin's cave, lovely wool and accessories. In their knitting group you are made to feel like part of a big family. Their workshops are interesting and such fun, worth every penny. Definitely worth a visit
