Aug 11,2020I can’t recommend Yarn Worx highly enough. From placing the order to delivery was less than 48 hours. I had a slight query, after delivery, and after sending an email, we had a reply in less than 30 minutes. That’s what I call service, and I’ll certainly buy from Yarn Worx again. Finally time for my ancient plastic winder to retire and not annoy me any longer! Yarn Worx has a chat window on their website and they were available while I placed my order and super helpful.
