Came super speedy as well, even had a lovely hand written note from Teresa herself, great service and felt like a valued customer. Nov 10,2020Excellent service - I placed my order mid-afternoon and it was delivered late afternoon. OK so there's only 7 miles between here and there but come on. The only way I could have got yarn any quicker would have been to sneak up on one of the sheep in the field across the way with some shears. When I need more yarn I'm getting it from these guys.

THIS is an amazing service you don’t normally get with any others online store. You can really talk to a human being, or online chat. You can ask away all you want to know. You probably can get a color comparison set picture if you ask for. THIS is a STRENGTH of YarnWorx especially during this COVID. The products shipped fast, all good qualities. I will definitely order from them again and again! LOVE them!

From their immediate replies when you use their online chat service to the way they will go out of their way to give advice and help. I received a hook that was faulty through no fault of theirs and they acted immediately to resolve that. Will definitely be shopping with them again.
