If you're doing a project with several colours and choose the wrong shade, returns are easy and a phone call to discuss the pattern and colours is welcomed. My favourite yarn store!

Their Website is very easy to use and they have some wonderful Accessories if you’re a Knitting Buff like myself. The items I have bought these items for a Secret Santa gift for someone in our Knit & Natter Group when we have our Annual Christmas Lunch, I haven’t opened the items because their are beautifully wrapped so I have left them I’m sure they are going to be perfect.Well done I shall be purchasing again soon in the near future. Thankyou for your prompt service.
