Sep 11,2021Yes Homebuyers provided a good solution to my circumstances. They worked to my timeframes and were able to offer a quick exchange with a delayed completion. They were very flexible and agreed to move forward the completion date to accommodate the changed requirements of my upstream chain. There was no obligation either before or after I accepted their offer: there was nothing to sign; there were no tie-ins and no hidden costs/fees. They made perfectly clear that the offer is lower than the full value of your property. Nothing came as a suprise. Most importantly, they stuck to the price agreed. I decided to use my own solicitor and they were no issues with that either. Yes Homebuyers covered part of my legal fees. Matt is a real pleasure to deal with and was always available to speak with. We kept regularly in contact (over email and phone calls). Matt kept me updated throughout the process and proactively chased people (surveyor, management agents, solicitors etc.) to action things. This was invaluable, especially because when you are in a chain the process lacks transparency and it is not always clear when things run into delays and why. Matt is really professional and friendly. He gave me good advice on what to do next and when. He helped me sort out various problems along the way. I have now relocated and moved in my new house. My experience of using Yes Homebuyers was very good.

Aug 05,2021Really amazing and impressive company. I contacted this company about buying our apartment when I was worried that we might lose a house we'd had an offer accepted on. Matthew dealt with the enquiry and was so honest, professional and ethical. He genuinely cared about getting the right result for us. There was no hard sell, just honest direct and transparent advice. In actual fact he felt that what I was wanting to achieve was better and more appropriate on the open market rather than going through them or finding a property investor. He really spent time researching this for us, but was honest and decent enough to say that in this particular instance he thought we would would do better elsewhere. A really decent guy and nice to deal with a company that genuinely does care about the customer. I'd 100% recommend if you are looking to sell quickly and want to be treated fairly.

Aug 01,2021After some disappointing news from several buyers pulling out over the period of a year, I wanted to move things forward fast. I had already found my dream house to move into and needed things to be certain. Matt from Yeshomebuyers was incredible every step of the way, keeping in contact over WhatsApp and phone call. The price was less than I had originally hoped for, but after the messing around I didn’t want to take the stress any more. Even though you are selling, you do remain in control and do not feel pressured at any point. Now I’m moved in and the whole transaction was so smooth and painless.

Jun 29,2021I had just heard that the chain to purchase my house had broken down. If you have experienced this you will know how devastating this is and in my case it was the day exchange of contracts was to happen. The immediate thought is what on earth do I do now. One of the things I did was to phone Yes Homebuyers. I received intelligent, sympathetic and helpful advice. I had no”bull” or hard sell but clear indication of the implications of using their services. As it happens my chain resurrected itself, Lazarus like, and I did not have to use Yes Homebuyers services. I would say that if you find yourself in my position and need a quick sale Yes Homebuyers give great service. I cannot recommend them too much.

Jun 08,2021We have been trying to sell our flat in London for ages. I read about Yes Homebuyers in the Times and got in touch. Matt contacted me straight away and explained their process. He kept in touch while they assessed our property, gave us an offer, and then updated us daily throughout the sale process. It was very smooth - any hiccups were from the managing agents rather than Matt and his team, and we worked together with Matt to sort out any small problems. We feel relieved to have sold the property (we live abroad and had a bad experience renting it out), and are delighted with the whole sales experience with Yes Homebuyers. Yes, there's a discount to the "market price", but we have peace of mind now, and are not paying for the upkeep of an empty flat miles away from where we live. We actually didn't accept an offer for a higher price as it would have involved the buyer getting a mortgage (difficult) and months of waiting. Yes Homebuyers gave us certainty and speed, which is worth a lot.

Matt is professional and kept me informed throughout the process. A fair and formal offer was made early on and Yes Homebuyers paid the agreed price on completion. The whole process was seamless and efficient. Legal and Survey fees were all covered and there was no upfront costs to me. I would highly recommend Yes Homebuyers and praise Matt for his professional and friendly service, going the extra mile. I was able to sell my property and move on, all in a timely manner.

Matt and his team consistently kept in touch with us throughout the process, via phone calls or messages, to ensure we were always up-to-date even with the smallest of updates.
