Oct 05,2020The team were really nice but I had some serious issues with their website on the day I was ordering. I got charged four times blocking off funds from my account, I then got two refunds about a week later. After explaining that it looked like two orders were still going through I was told it was just one. I then got sent two identical items and had to print off returns labels, get to the post office etc etc. The customer service to get it sorted was good but it was a massive faff.

Sep 29,2020Lovely web, their own brand is really good priced, and delivery is quick. I bought two yoga mats of their own brand, the sticky ones. The price is really good, and the quality is amazing. I find them a bit slippery though, but I am going to give it a few more days to see if we can get used to each other :)

Sep 24,2020I ordered a Grip mat following a positive review of this in OM yoga magazine. There was an issue on paying, technical glitch so the order was duplicated and I was charged twice. I phoned to see what had happened and Yoga Studio immediately rectified the problem, cancelled the duplicated payment and order and sent out the requested mat by courier so I received it next day. Very impressed

I had a few questions about colours etc when I ordered so I sent an email and the response was quick and informative! I was expecting to wait a week or more for the items but I ordered them Sunday evening and they were delivered Tuesday morning!!
