Jun 01,2020The product I received was good quality, ordering seemed easy, however I felt that the item description wasn’t all that clear, it was advertised as a yoga mat, I had assumed yoga mats were fairly universal in size, so I didn’t get my measuring tape out to check the advertised measurements (my error). I received a yoga mat the size of a baby changing mat, albeit extremely good quality and speedy delivery, but I was left disappointed. When I gave feedback to the company about how it was advertised, and I was a bit disappointed I received an email back rather passive aggressive, with lots of words written in capital letters, yes the measurements were on the website, yes I should have got my measuring tape out to check the given size, but I personally don’t think it should be called a yoga mat if it isn’t big enough to act as a yoga mat, but I suppose that’s just my opinion, anyway, I would encourage people to buy from here, the quality of the items is fantastic, speedy delivery, easy to order, just make sure your check the sizes before ordering, not all mats are the same size!
