Jan 16,2025Around 10 th January I ordered 2x Doublebase jel in pump form.Everything went according to plan with my order and it was easy to use and the Doublebase jel arrived as expected. However , I did receive a text message to say my address was unclear and I must press a particular key to resend my address. Just before I read that message I got a card from the postman to say my parcel had been left behind my bin. I realise the text message was a scam and deleted it. I am 80 and not confident ordering on line and so found my experience rather upsetting but not your fault.
