The whole processes seemed so intimating and confusing at first, but Toby made the whole process so smooth and helped me understand. He kept in contact so regularly and I felt like I could reach out whenever needed. The whole processes led to an unforgettable experience, where Toby continued to remind me he was there if I needed anything.
