Jul 02,2019Immediately after placing the order, I contacted the company to cancel it, as it showed free shipping until after I placed order, when it then showed flat rate shipping was charged. I did not hear back from the company. I then received my order and contacted the company again to tell them I had already contacted them to cancel the order due to shipping cost. I still never heard back from them. Very disappointed.
