May 30,2019Received our 4 bags of dog food in a timely manner. They also gave us 2 large chew treats that I simply cut up for my small dog. She loves them!! Also love the cute portable dog bowl that YOW sent us for free. The new customer discount was appreciated as well! Thank you :)

May 24,2019Great store… I ordered online and they had a 10% off offer for first time customers. They didn't apply the discount at checkout, but I left a comment in the form, and they applied the discount. Pretty cool. Would have been cooler if they applied the discount directly, but s--t happens. The fact that they took accountability and fixed the issue without me having to hound them is commendable. Their prices on Primal raw dog food are the best. That's the main reason I purchased food here.
