A few of the areas that make Zendbox a fantastic partner... 9pm same day dispatch cut off times; swift same day order processing; low fault rate; very competent all round service. They are a plug in and play partner that requires very little if any oversight. Solid dashboard and reporting. I would struggle to think of something to fault. I have been using Zendbox for a number of years now. I am called and emailed by competitors often but my response is always the same. I have no need to change. Finding good suppliers is key and once you have them they are an integral part of your growth strategy. I strongly recommend looking at Zendbox to see if they meet your needs.

Great company. Listened to my concerns and we completely honest, saying that they weren’t the right fit and even referred us to another company they felt were a better fit. Some of the most genuine people in this business. Karl was extremely helpful in the call in particular. Once we’ve scaled our business we’ll definitely come back to Zendbox!

We started using Zendbox as our fulfilment full time in May this year and the team have been nothing but helpful during and after the transition. All our orders have been packed and delivered super quick and all queries are very quickly resolved. Also Zoe and Keely have been amazing through out helping and advising when needed, nothing is ever to much trouble. The tech that is used has definitely helped to improve our business. Overall we are very happy with the work so far and would certainly recommend.

Overall, our experience with Zendbox has been great. Our orders are usually shipped within a day, the Team respond to any question or query promptly and the Zendportal system is very easy to use and shows us all the information we need. We did experience some issues last year around Black Friday and Christmas including shipment delays but since meeting with the team, they have managed to get back on track and have implemented a lot of changes and improvements since. Gilson and his Team are really friendly and helpful.

The best fulfilment provider in the industry. We moved over from one company last year , and been working with Zendbox since. and have been nothing but impressed with Zendbox services. Great customer care, great tech, great people. Can’t really fault them. We are a rapidly growing business and the fulfilment side for us was always tricky. They take care of everything and orders are being received within 24 hours, so our clients are very happy! Our account manager is always on hand and very helpful.. So glad I found these guys for our Furfilment!

I very rarely write reviews, but wanted to do so given the great chat that I had with Karl from their team. While we realised that Zendbox didn't have a warehouse in our required location pretty early into the call, Karl didn't try to cut the call short (his time would have been better spent speaking with a potential customer and most sales reps would "switch off"). Instead he took the time to answer any questions that I might have and gave me genuinely useful advice and feedback, so much so that it made me feel valued as a small startup and helped earn my complete trust. Karl, you earned Zendbox an advocate just by being generous with your time with a small startup that you could have easily palmed off. Thank you!

Extremely helpful chat with Karl at Zendbox. Even though it became obvious we are, at the moment, probably too small to go with them for our fulfilment I will be getting back I touch with him when we are, as they were professional, organised, knowledgeable and importantly for me, helpful and nice to deal with. Hoping to be selling enough soon to start using them.

We highly recommend Zendbox as a PPS provider. After a bad experience with a different provider, we switched to Zendbox and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Not only do they offer fair pricing, but their team, especially their account management, is exceptional. Zendbox is always looking to improve and evolve, regularly implementing new features and enhancements to their service. Overall, we have had a fantastic experience with Zendbox and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient PPS provider.

Zendbox have really helped us level up our customer service with next day delivery on orders made before 9:58pm. I don't think they've missed dispatching one product on time since we launched with them earlier this year and their customer service is great, usually responding in under 24 hours.
