Mar 21,2025I subscribed to Zesty on March 15, 2023, and paid €23.70, then canceled just six days later. Despite confirming my cancellation, Zesty has continued to charge me €3 monthly without providing access to the services I paid for. On August 25, 2024, I tried accessing my CV, only to find out my account was still active and I was prompted to pay another €23.70 for access. I have now paid €103.10 in total for a non-functional subscription. This is unacceptable, and I request a full refund of all charges. I have repeatedly tried to contact Zesty to resolve these charges, but my emails have gone unanswered, heightening my concerns that this may be a scam! To answer your reply: I DO NOT HAVE ISSUES GETTING INTO MY ACCOUNT! I can log into my account, but I could not get my CV out, where I was required to pay extra. Additionally, it does not change the fact that I have terminated my subscription, which u have previously ignored. You just sent me an email, telling me that you cannot answer my question. So stop pretending like you care for your reputation and give me my money back. I have paid for a service which I have not received. This entitles me legally to get a refund!

Mar 21,2025I was initially satisfied with the product. However, I encountered a serious issue with their billing. I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a one-time download for under $3, but was later billed $25 per month—for four months—before I realised what was happening. To Zety’s credit, they refunded the full amount and apologised once I raised the issue. But this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. Many other reviewers report similar experiences, often met with the same stock response: “Ours is a subscription model.” The key concern is this: how can a subscription be validly initiated when a user has purchased a single item, with no clear consent to ongoing charges? At best, this is poor design and misleading communication; at worst, it borders on deceptive business practice. It seems intentionally designed to extract funds from unsuspecting users who don’t scrutinise their statements—only to return the money when complaints are made. That’s not how trust is built. The product may be good, but I won’t be returning.
