Mar 06,2025Finger weg – Abofalle und unberechtigte Abbuchungen! Ich kann diesen Anbieter absolut nicht empfehlen. Ohne mein Wissen wurde mir ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement untergeschoben, und in den letzten Monaten wurden mir über 23,70€ abgebucht – völlig ohne meine Zustimmung! Eine transparente Preisangabe oder eine klare Bestätigung des Vertrags gab es nicht. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe: Auf meine Kündigung und die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung habe ich keine oder nur ausweichende Antworten erhalten. Ich musste schließlich meine Bank einschalten, um das Geld zurückzuholen. Achtung: Wer hier etwas abschließt, sollte genau aufpassen – es könnte eine Abofalle sein! Ich rate dringend davon ab, diesen Dienst zu nutzen.

Mar 06,2025Man kann auf den ersten Blick kostenlos einen Lebenslauf erstellen. Zum runterladen soll man den aufeinmal bezahlen. Sobald man bezahlt hat, hat man allein Abo abgeschlossen. Ohne Vorwarnung! Update: ca. 1 Monat später hat zety.de mir das zurück überwiesen. Es war sehr mühsamer Vorgang bis dahin, gefruchtet hat es eigentlich erst nachdem die negative Bewertung auf Trust Pilot abgegeben wurde. Im Kundenservice gibt es wohl nur eine Handvoll Menschen die wissen was sie da tun, menschlich aber okay gewesen. Weil ich das Geld zurück bekommen habe, erhöhe ich auf 3 Sterne.
