Sometimes there is a delay in support requests and sometimes the response is quick All problems are solved well and quickly *But* What I do not understand is that there are problems that are not diagnosed well and are not solved I faced some problems and there are problems that lasted for a week between incorrect solutions and wrong answers from support and then someone comes to solve them radically (this means that some of them are not competent to work) And there are some problems that support responds to > Checking on the situation. And disappears for 24 and 48 hours and there is no response from them! Support needs some speed and good solutions to problems They are excused by the fact that their prices are not comparable to any other hosting. Their prices are very good

They responded quickly, but it took a couple of tries to fix the problem, so I’m giving 4 stars. However, the service is reliable overall, and we’ll continue to work with them.

Sep 10,2024I had problem with zomro vps server. I couldnt login into mql5.com in metatrader app, because vps blocks possibility. I writed to support but after one hour they block/delete my account lol. Highly not recommend. Just dissapoint...

There were a few instances where the servers rebooted unexpectedly, causing some inconvenience. The support team does a decent job, but sometimes it took longer to resolve issues than I would have liked. Overall, it’s a decent hosting service, but there’s room for improvement.
