Apr 22,2024VPS server down more than 5 times in two weeks. Poor customer service, they can't identify the problem, they can't solve it, and they make it very clear that they're not interested in the customer at all. You're just another one. I don't recommend this company at all.

The sites are oriented towards Europe, so hosting in the Netherlands is very convenient and provides excellent site loading speed. Several times there were questions about the operation of the database, so I contacted technical support. They wrote back quickly and helped to solve the problem. The cost of renting a server was also pleasing, it is lower than that of similar providers. Spent quite a lot of time searching for the optimal solution. I like everything so far, I have recommended it to all my friends.

When requested to explain, they refer to "limits" without explaining what they are. They may claim they provide support as nice gesture but they money they get are real. Extremely poor service.
