Oct 01,2013I ordered GTA V a few days after the release date (couldn't resist the hype...) and 12Game was the cheapest site to buy it on, and it was still available. So I placed my order at Sunday night and got the game Tuesday morning. I have nothing to complain about.

Oct 01,2013Ik ben teleurgesteld omdat er staat dat mijn pakket afgeleverd is ... Dit is niet zo. Ik heb dus contact opgenomen maar tussen het contact zit telkens minimaal 2dagen.. En er is nu na 1 week nog niet duidelijk waar mijn pakket is en wat er aan gedaan gaat worden ..

Oct 01,2013I had ordered while the game was in stock and they send me a sms that the game was sended to me.next day i get a sms that there was no stock and that a could forfeit my order with ressitution of my money.this was a mistake for me,becouse i had already a track and tracenumber.for everybody else there was no stock anymore.my package arrived same day.

Oct 01,2013I ordered GTA V on friday, assuming I would be able to play the game after the weekend, if not earlier. Since GTA V was such a huge release I assumed 12game.com would deliver as fast as possible. They even updated the frontpage with the amount of copies in stock. However, I received the game on tuesday, which is very late by today's standards. It turns out the delivery company partnered by 12game doesn't deliver on mondays at all. Most companies deliver on the next day, even on weekends. And when the don't, they will deliver on monday. I had to wait until tuesday, which was frustrating. The game could've just been sent by the post, which would have been much faster.

Sep 30,2013They were the only ones who anticipated the run on GTA5. Looking for a birthdaygift I surfed the web looking for GTA5, it was sold out everywhere. But heaven thanks, the people at 12game.com had enough in stock. Bought on thursday afternoon, delivered on fridaymorning. Great!

Oct 05,2013Laat ik beginnen dat ik het jammer vindt dat men niet reageert op mails helaas.. Dat ik niet de enige ben kun je lezen in meerdere berichten. Kijk gaat het goed met een relatief simpel product dan is men tevreden maar gaat het fout ergens..dan komt het erop aan of men het goed afhandeld.. Hierbij staat of valt de vraag of ik nog eens wat bestel hier Bij mij tot op heden niet..product gekocht..betaling via klarna(achteraf betalen) ..helaas product moeten terugsturen...krijg gelukkig mail dat product is teruggenomen maar dan gaat het fout..klarna stuurt factuurherinnering en zegt klarna dat 12game.com in actie moet komen en de factuur moet intrekken. Dat is helaas tot op vandaag 5-10 niet gebeurd. Wacht maar af..maar vertrouwen?? nee
