Dec 30,2024Very reliable and consistent connectivity backed by great customer service. I have only ever experienced one outage which was caused by damage to a 1310-io fibre by a 3rd party. In that instance the status and action plan for this to be resolved was very well communicated and actual down time was minimal. I would unreservedly recommend 1310-IO to anybody.

The router was delivered fast, and the service is very reliable since the first day.

Feb 18,2025Great service, and really impressed with the set up and installation. We had a couple of glitches within the first week which was a little disappointing, but I was assured it wasn’t down to the network. Working from home as well as not having a phone signal in the village meant that we heavily rely on a guaranteed service, and the first week was a little bit uncomfortable compared to a standard service from BT for all these years. Saying that, the quality of service and the strength of the new signal is far outweighing a little hiccup.
