Easy transition and efficient service
I contacted this company to enquire about their OFNL services. I received the answers I needed from Matt and Tim - I wanted a slightly shorter contract as I wanted to bring my own router and as I'd not heard of 1310 it was a bit of a risk to sign up for 24 month contact. All was fine until I wanted to go ahead and sign up and then heard nothing more from them even when I chased them. This wasn't very impressive and I didn't feel I should be chasing a company to give them my business. I went with Internetty in the end through lack of response.
1310 were both very helpful and quick, the people I dealt with were knowledgeable and able to send information to enable my broadband setup without issue.

STAY AWAY!!!! Switched from another ISP to 1310. They promised 450 up/down, but the max I can get is 430 down (only sometimes) and a max of 260 up (very rarely, usually 120-180). Torrent upload speed is limited and seems to be filtered. I never reach the upload speed even as declared by speed tests. They know about the problem, and still, after 2 months, nothing has changed. Overall experience is poor. Sometimes everything works fine—pages open fast—but other times, I have to wait 10 seconds. It’s a real rollercoaster. And all that for 49.99 only!!! f.ckng bargain!!! I miss my old ISP, where everything ran smoothly. I’ll switch to other isp asap. Waste of money….

Signal downstairs is ok but upstairs dop from 200mb to 35mb I’m not happy at all
Although not common household name while we get first class customer service from order to installation. Some connectivity queries has been resolved promptly, to be precise sky Qbox have interference issue(as it use common frequency 80 MHz) with WiFi signals which has been resolved with router configuration remotely without me touching anything. Happy customer and will recommend.

Super easy to sign up, communication is fantastic, answer questions quickly. Have had no issues so far with my connection. Monthly fee is good value.

1310 service is really superb! Initially I am little skeptical about this because I used to OpenReach before with BT/Virigin etc, but in the new area, they offer OFNL, I was plenty of providers to choose from, not sure to whom I need to go with, but 1310 stand out as they provide fixed Ip, also their sales and support team is awesome, I simply mail them on Saturday, I didnt expect any reply, but to my surprise I got the call from 1310 on Saturday evening itself, all set on the same day, clarified my questions, really a nice team. Monday while activating, immediately service was up and running within 15 min. So far so good, except any maintenance at OFNL side that's beyond 1310's control, overall, I am happy.
I did lots of research before joining. I read all the relevant reviews. Was previously with loveyourbroad (they exited the market) - had no issues in over eight years. 1310 have been connected for 14 days and have had two issues already. They're online website is lacking and slightly misleading as it states 24/7 365 support (this is commercial customers only!). Yes they sorted out my outage but it took 16 hours and the blame was put on me!!! They blind you with science when all I want it a service that doesn't fail!! December update... Have now been with them for three months and despite the odd teething issue I have to say I'm more than happy with the and the service they are providing to me

Support and reliability of 1310 is assuring and a delightful experience all along. Whole of the team including their leadership is very receptive to customer requirements. Would happily recommend for anyone.
Great company with no issue setting up service
Really pleased with 1310 - exceptional customer service - nothing was too much trouble .. Had an initial issue when we moved in - NOT 1310’s fault - previous owners had accidentally taken vital connection equipment. New equipment was all organised by 1310 - ordered, delivered, installed and all up and running in no time. Speed up and download- great 😊 Worth the money!

I have had internet with everyone over the past 20 years and this is by far the best service I have ever received.
