May 04,2024Super happy with the full process of getting my DAS, instructors really give key info and follow you from A to Z to pass with success, they don’t leave anything out. They’re pedagogical, will tell you your strengths and weakness, what to work on and what to improve. I did my CBT with them and also 1-2-1 prior to MOD 1&2. Only positives, shout out to Mike and the big boss

Apr 05,2024I have never ridden a motorcycle prior to starting the cbt course at beckton. After completing the cbt course I can now confidently ride a motorbike and also learnt really good road safety habits that I have never heard of before such as "the life saver". Manick was our instructor, he was really patient and made sure that we all knew what we were doing and also pointed out mistakes then helped us improve.

Mar 06,2024A supportive and confidence building delivery style from the instructors at 1 Stop (Tottenham). The course started on time and everything was explained throughout the day, step by step. There was an opportunity to have some food/drink during a break and there are parking and toilet facilities on site. The instructors were very friendly and professional. They expertly developed everyone on the course, regardless of prior experience. It’s obviously never a guarantee that everyone on the course will pass their CBT first time but the instructors definitely gave everyone the best chance possible to succeed. Many thanks! Lee

Mar 05,2024I recently completed my CBT training at 1 Stop Instruction - Barnet, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mike, my instructor, was exceptionally clear and informative throughout the training session. He not only taught me how to navigate the roads safely but also provided valuable insights into the highway code and shared useful tips for handling various situations, including navigating ramps. Despite making several mistakes during the ride, I'm incredibly grateful for Mike's patience and dedication as my instructor. I feel much more confident in my abilities as a motorcyclist thanks to his guidance. Highly recommended!

Feb 28,2024I've done all my motorcycle training with 1 stop instruction doing three CBTs and recently passing my DAS, incredibly patient, nice and professional instructors especially Marv and Tony, can't fault anything they've done would 110% recommend doing all of your motorcycle training through these guys

Feb 24,2024My very negative experience with my CBT exactly reflects the tone of all the other negative feedback comments for their different locations and across other feedback sites: I did my CBT at their Barnet site, but the instructors work across sites and therefore my feedback applies across sites. Without going into any details, right from the beginning of the training day the instructor JON was rude, obnoxious, belittling, condescending and confidence-sapping, making it almost impossible for a new rider to pass. My two fellow students had the same experience. Complaining at their office was treated very unsympathetically and ignored as a simple personality clash and by hiding behind other positive feedback, so my experience couldn't possibly be true, very unprofessional. About equipment: Their Barnet 'office' is housed in an unheated container, so all the gloves were wet and smelly and the helmet smelled mouldy.

Feb 16,2024they are making money company they fail people deliberately to make money . i recommend you everyone dont book your test with 1stop specially the guy call Manik he is very bad he dont take you to the road and he will fail you dont book ur test with this test centre

May 20,2024I’ve had a very positive experience with 1 stop - being a progressive A2 to A student I opted for the Mod 1 and Mod 2 days. Despite my Mod 1 being cancelled last minute due to high winds - One Stop kindly were able to rebook my test saving me the expense and hassle of doing a claim through DVSA. Mod 1 day was with Pete who did a fantastic job. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t just a straight ride to the test centre but a full morning of mod 1 training and some mod 2 training. Well worth it! Mod 2 day was with Pepsi who again boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is actually the owner of One Stop (I’d highly recommend haven’t a chat to him about his advanced riding courses). Overall an extremely positive experience and I am looking forward to doing more courses with One Stop. Thanks, Julien
