May 27,2024extremely slow & painful withdrawal process. when you contact the costumer service they are all saying to you that the withdrawal has been done within the frame and they are blaming the bank. ha ha ha..! it takes almost a week if you do your withdrawal at the weekend or bank holiday. CONCLUSION : AVOID.. AVOID.. AVOID..!!!

May 27,2024Honestly guys, 32 red is such a shambles it’s pathetic. I play the same game on every site so i know when there’s some kind of handicap on the slot. 32 is by far the worst i’ve seen. ( i know i have stated this before but only signed up for this site tonight) I promise i will never give this company money again. If you’re reading this trying to decide to create an account please don’t. Boycott This cowboy company. Boycott Keith lemon too. for being associated with professional thief’s! Stay clear guys. There’s far better on the market. They entice you with fantastic "welcome offers" and once you've wagered the required amount they don't honour what they promise! Daylight robbery in my opinion, the "cartel" of online gambling #THIEVES DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use them!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

May 23,2024I was a member for over 20 years and I guess never learned my lesson. When I joined them I played quite a lot and a few times I was on the phone to them . They were trying to encourage me to play and kept telling me that if I deposited some more funds I had a better chance of winning . I reported the issue to the gaming commission UK . I had complained many times about the software not working and I was losing money ,all they did was ask for photo evidence as they do not know what is happening within their own company. I complained again and they cancelled my membership . Unfortunately for me ,years ago they did not keep a record of the phone calls made ,so it’s easy to hide the evidence . They only keep records up to 7 years. DO NOT WASTE time and money THIS casino is not as it seems ,play at four own risk and be prepared to lose ! They will take your money and play stupid when the system fails and you lose it all. The only people that benefit are the fat cats that own it. Corrupt comes to mind.

May 23,2024This website is awfull, every deposit is at a loss any game is at a loss , practically no wins making deposits every day for 2-3 weeks and not producing any wins what so ever. Far from fair gaming and just robbing in my opinion- ide say it was possibly one of the worst casino going online avoid at all cost. Take take take , getting a bonus is same chance as winning the lotto, it can happen but u likely not too and when you do adventully get a bonus the returns is almost the same as you stake amount its that bad. Every game on this website is the same preference with zero wins. Small winnings only hard to win more than £5 even when your on 50p or £1 stakes its absolutely disgusting and this website should be closed down. Still graphics are good atleast wich keep you coming back. (For more day light robbery)) it's hard to not feel like your money is being laundering from your very pockets and often feel like a fix. My advise is do not use this casino if you want to play with a real chance to win some cash then leave this garbage and find someone else to play on. I was even searching google to see if the website was fake but that's just how it's made me feel-- like as tho it's fake logged on hear on my partners phone 📱 I almost smashed his phone up with anger 😠 😡 👿

May 22,2024Ok down to the reason for my review, I deposited £45 to play a little casino and a little sports, I was lucky enough to have a massive win on their casino section of £4660 which I of course withdrew straight away…. Fast forward a couple hours I got an email from 32red telling me that my bank rejected my payout 🤨🤔 quite confused I immediately contacted 32red chat and they confirmed my bank had indeed rejected my payment and told me I must instead withdraw via bank transfer (snail withdrawal) which I did, as of yet they haven’t even processed my withdrawal and it’s still pending ….. I then took the initiative to call my bank who told me they do not ever reject payments coming in and that it’s in very very rare exceptional circumstances that this happens but not at all likely!!!! Fuming as I was lied to by 32red I called them and was told it happens all the time and not to worry …. I wouldn’t exactly say that was an explanation or and kind of reassurance in particular because there is over 40% bad reviews 😡😡…. I’m sorry but how are you going to tell somebody not to worry with some very shady goings on within your company? All I can say is pay me or I will be taking it further as you literally have zero grounds to withhold my money at all 😡 should this be resolved then the review will change to a more positive note until then it will stay … I’ll also include my username as I have nothing to hide 👍

May 06,2024£500 loss **avoid this site ** there's better ones out there over a few days i thought i use 32red casino , on mostly 10, 20 50p slots i never seemed to be getting anywhere i was never up at any point and thats not including my losses from previous days and when i did win a bonus it paid back either dead on or just below what i just paid in to get the bonus, it got to the point i was predicting my free spins and bonuses wins, right !! i also hit the max pay button that was right next to the spin button half a centimetre away and somehow triggered a £10 max spin. which i complained about asking why it was so close to the normal spin button ? to a reply you wouldn't be complaining if it won, missing my point! it shouldn't be so close to the normal spin button unless you're hoping people hit it by accident because the chances of a one spin win is very unlikely. At the end i was down all three days, i spent playing not once was i up and biggest win was £40 after spending nearly 40 on the slot to get THE BONUS. avoid this site, i was playing about 7 hours a day three days in a row. its nothing about luck or random drops this is a scam and the government need to stop theses scammers with better regulations
