Stay clear.. Won money with free spins and won't pay out. Won fair and square with the 5 daily free spins then went on to play starburst and more and wagerered through what I initially won and said I wasn't entitled to the 5 daily free spins in the first place. quick to take your money but won't part with there's joke of a site

So I have been with 32red for years made lots of deposits and withdrawals with no issues. I have just changed my first name. I send the deed and certificate into my fully verified account. I have won some money and now they have locked my account with no explanation

Absolutely terrible site. The words SCAM comes to mind. Once u deposit a certain amount of money they freeze then cancel your account giving you no chance of trying to win your money back. I would steer well clear of this site. Go to OJO or 888 casino instead as them site are not a massive SCAM

I have read the recent reviews regarding scamming and theft so I will await the outcome of my withdrawal. I deposited only £20 to the site and also used the bonus spins…. I ended after winnings and wagering requirements able to withdraw £600. Now if the money hits my account in a few working days then I certainly have no complaints as I will have gained a massive profit of £580. I also read reviews regarding identification but I had my account verified almost straight away after joining. I will await to see the outcome of my withdrawal.
