Mar 21,2025So 32 red in my opinion was always the better some to use until 3 months ago. 350 to 850 lost each time for the last 10 or so sessions. 2.25 a spin amd usually fair, some you win and some you lose but now absolutely shocking and getting worse. Iv been playing here maybe 15 years, time to leave and keep my money in my pocket. William hill was bad and 32 red alot better. Now 32 red will be knows as William hill 2.0

Also I’ve noticed the small bonuses that they give in certain gave now are way much lower than before so unfortunately I won’t be playing on this site anymore by the looks of it !! Mar 17,2025Absolute disgrace of a site!!!! I was playing "BOOMSTICK BILL" on slots and was guaranteed £200 plus 20× my next bonus, suddenly the bonuses coincidentally stopped!!! Was so obvious, i spend a good £300 with £1 spins and didn't get a single bonus after activating the 20x guaranteed, when speaking to customer service they were very rude and sarcastic feeding pathetic lies, then blocked my account when i still had money in there!!!! I know i'll get a pathetic copy paste reomy to this dont bother i'm not interested!!! Theres a reason you scum have really bad reviews, wish i'd read these first!!!! Mar 17,2025Terrible company, they blocked my account due to unusual activity.. when I asked them they said I needed to send them my passport proof of address bank statements... proof of income... after 2 months and many emails later they opened my account .. 2 days later they blocked my account again!! Due to unusual activity... I put on 300£ i won 100£ how is this unusual???? I've sent them a message to cancel my account .... what a pathetic service and so called casino.

Mar 14,2025£300 gone in 5 minutes not a single bonus drop, all my bonus’s were maxed before the update to find when I logged in they had all disappeared, stupidly I played and then realised they’d changed the rtp in there favour on near enough all slots, impossible to land a bonus!! All the years of levels have gone and no explanation whatsoever or compensation if that suffices …..online chat had no answer just a big fob off about the recent site update blah blah blah…..please avoid very poor service and now back to square one….if I could give zero stars I would game levels cost money to get to 32red did you know that 😡

Mar 11,2025Good experience with this website. Had some great wins on the bonus spins. No issues with withdrawals. It takes couple of days but everything was in my bank without a problem. If you withdraw on a Friday on weekend you get your money Monday or Tuesday latest.

Mar 10,2025BEWARE after a major update by 32red of their website it might be a good idea to check your favourite slot RTP (return to player %) looks like 32red decided to stealth decrease the RTP% in their slot games with the update. example immortal romance at most other sites 96%+ now down to 94.12 % at 32red as is others I crossed checked. online casinos dont need to tell their players by law about any changes to the RTP they can just sneak them in for even more profit from unaware players. Looks like their major update of their website gave them the ideal opportunity hmmmmm
