Great experience with this technician! Not only did he fix/replace the fan unit that was not working he spent the time trouble shooting the issue. The tech checked everything else on my treadmill and made sure it was running in pristine condition. After trouble shooting the fan issue the tech explained what the problem was which was a bonus. It’s nice to understand why something you’ve spent a lot of money on isn’t working. I would recommend this tech and this company and wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I really appreciated the professionalism and knowledge. Thank you again! Now let’s get running!
Alex was fabulous. Very courteous and friendly. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I hope he is assigned to come back and replace the work belt that was never shipped.
I have called everyday & left a message to ask for a technician appt to get my NordicTrack bike repaired. always the answering machine never a return call. I am holding my part and cant ride my bike until they come. so frustrating.
Re: John's visit today (June 8, 2022) in response to my request for warranty service/repair on my Nordictrak elliptical. I first me him around 15 months ago when he came to fix another problem with that machine last year. On both occasions, I was impressed with his friendliness, knowledge, competence, efficiency and pleasant manner. Unfortunately, the parts that had been present in the hopes that they would "fix" what was wrong did NOT have the right pieces, so he did a temporary patch, ordered the correct parts, and advised me to contact him when those arrive in order that he might return to complete the repair. I am very satisfied with John and with the company for whom he works. Their phone scheduler Katie has also proven on several occasions to be polite and helpful.

Alex showed up on time and got to work on my elliptical. He made all needed repairs and asked me to test the machine out, and he noted a few more items that needed adjusting. He took care of this and I tried it again. It was better than it was new.
Alex is very helpful with fixing my machines. He has done a wonderful job and has great customer service skills.

I called the 3xm office. I spoke to a lady in the office who was extremely helpful and courteous. She was able to get me scheduled sooner than i imagined. I highly recommend there services anyday!!

If you are here looking at 3XM reviews, you probably are already having their signature terrible experience. Mine reads like the others - no way to get ahold of them or get through on the phone, no way to get escalated, missed appointments/no show after taking time off work to be there with zero communication or follow up, waiting for months to get your equipment fixed. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste any more time. If you’re trying to get NordicTrack fixed and iFit referred you to this group and you’re frustrated just call iFit back and ask to be assigned to someone different asap and don’t spend another second trying to get this group to respond - they won’t. IFit is aware of the frustrations and the pain 3xM is causing their customers. I asked for someone new, the new tech texted me that night and set an appointment for two days from now. After weeks trying to inspire 3xM to help me I never got anywhere near resolution. Don’t even waste your time or energy here. Move on asap and ask iFit to transfer you to a tech that can/will help. I wish I would’ve done that weeks ago so I am hopeful that helps others that are no doubt in my same position.

Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been trying to get my Nordictrack bike fixed since January, and I have had two failed attempts with techs to get the job done. I can never get a response from customer service, or they send an email to confirm an appointment that was never even discussed (because they won’t talk to me on the phone or respond to emails). If I have to drive to Yuba City to talk to a love person, I will, but it’s insane to me that a company can be this awful.
This company is contracted with Proform / IFIT . I had a technician appointment 3 different times and each time they did not show. When the office manager finally called me back she hung up on me after telling me they do not do business in our area. My equipment had been broke for 2 months and everyone seems to pass the buck in who is responsible for my time off work, and my repeated requests to get my equipment repaired . Very disorganized and technicians are a revolving door . Customer Service is terrible.
3XM is a joke! I’ve been trying to have my Nordic Track treadmill repaired since January! They came out initially and tech said it needed 2 parts. The parts were on back order. Waited over a month for the parts only to find out 1 of the parts was not ordered correctly when they sent another tech back out for the repair. Not to mention the tech they sent was new and it was her first day with this company! Probably her last when she realized how unorganized 3XM is! Now it’s been over 2 weeks and 3XM (Laci Landis) will not return my calls or texts! I don’t know if the last needed part was ordered or not!! Nor do know I what the status is!!! Do not use this repair company unless you want to waste your time!!! Beware!!
Worst service EVER. If 0 stars was an option, that would be my assessment. I have been waiting since January for someone to come and fix an elliptical that was assembled incorrectly and is unusable. I had an appointment scheduled last week, then got a text asking to postpone it. Then the tech calls to say he is on the way to my house on the day the appointment was cancelled by them. I've been calling and texting for 2 weeks with no response to try and clarify if someone is actually coming this week. If I don't hear from them before Friday I am just gonna give up and have ProForm come pick it up. I AM DONE! ADDENDUM: It's Thursday almost end of business and I have NO Appointment confirmed for tomorrow. I have called and texted, got one response to say my appointment is confirmed BUT no time was given. The terrible service continues. Tomorrow I am calling to return the equipment. What a WASTE of my valuable time.
