Mar 04,2021My technicians Levi and Joel were both amazing! My treadmill is fixed and I am so happy. They were professional and knew what they were doing! They went above and beyond by figuring out there was actually something else wrong with my Treadmill, which wasn’t the original diagnosis. They also kept in contact by texting to let me know when they would show up. The office staff was kind and professional as well.

He was very nice and patient and also showed me some tips and tricks to move the machine and reset some things. I will use these guys again whenever I have an issue. Nov 06,2020I never give 5 Stars; but Levi really addressed our norditrack issues quickly, walked me thru what the issue was and instill trust in working on other projects in our home. His tenacious, positive attitude was a real Breath of fresh air. We have had multiple issues in our new home and there has been fix it people that did more damage than good. Levi was very honest about his capabilities on other projects and we can’t wait to start the next project with him.
