Dec 16,2021If I could give negative stars I would. Nordic trac uses these people as their Tecs this guy . This company is a joke. Three times this guy guy has been scheduled to come out and every time is a horrible experience. He is set from an appointment from 10 am till 2….. each time he calls at 2 or after saying he’s on his way….. twice he has never showed up and today at his usual call past his arrival time I asked when he would be here. “ uhuuuu I don’t know” and hung up. Trying to call the company is almost as big of a joke. No one answers…. Today we left the phone on their “ will be right with you “ message for 3 hours…. Lol what a horrible company

Dec 11,2021At first Horrible. They are supposed to give support for my elliptical under warranty. They do nothing, they don’t answer the phone or emails. After I threatened that I wanted my money back for the product under warranty, finally they emailed me, and set an appointment. The machine is working now, but it took 3 months, when it should have taken 3 days.

Nov 24,2021Our experience with LEVI was GREAT. He arrived at our home. He knew in advance that he had a short period of time to fix our treadmill. He came, and right away got work on the machine. In about 20 minutes, he had our machine repaired. He knows his stuff. Very professional. Thank you for sending us a GREAT technician.

Nov 04,2021Don't bother attempting to schedule You won't get anybody at 3XM to pick up. When you do happen to catch somebody, they'll schedule you and nobody will show up at the allotted time. This place is a joke.

Oct 29,2021Great service from Levi Levi fixed my Pro-Form 5000 treadmill which failed within a year of use. Levi was friendly and we had a good discussion of the issue and the repair. The repair was performed quickly and now my treadmill is back to working order.

Sep 15,2021Levi did an excellent job in fixing my Elliptical Pro-form model PFEL09915.4 In and out less than 1 hr did the fix and set my elliptical back in motion He was knowledgeable and knew his job to perfection I would ask for him Next time if my machine fails

May 15,2021Levi - his knowledge and experience is exceptional. His polite and courteous manner sets the bar for customer service. We have the Nordic commercial XI 32” screen treadmill. He was so careful lifting the treadmill and protected the computer screen to replace the incline motor!! He went over in detail how to adjust the idler arms for the walking tread. We were so impressed with his overall knowledge of our machine. We will request him in the future if our machine is in need of repair or adjustment.
