It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

Robert Williams was the person helping me with this situation. And he did a great job with me getting ink cartridges on my printer. But I emailed him about an issue with the color cartridges only appearing RED when I print something of color but received no response. The color cartridges are still doing the same thing when printing something in color. The image only comes out in a light red that's hard to see, and not the actual color of image being printed. When you pay for black or color ink it's suppose to work in proper manner but these color cartridges are not. So I want my money back or send me color cartridges that work right!

My new Print cartridge works just like the name brand and Shipping only took two days. The " flat rate " shipping does seem a little high at $5.00 bucks, but I still saved at least $10 buying the name brand elsewhere. I will recommend to friends and family.

Recently I ordered two refill cartridges for my HP printer. One color, one b/w. Previously they did not carry HP refills. Now they do! I was very happy with my order and shipping cost. I've also ordered Kodak refills previously with great satisfaction. I will keep ordering because the service, prices and shipping is fantastic. Thank you!

The merchandise was very fast, but my post office is rough with my mail and if that's how you usually ship, it could be destructed because the light packaging. Boxed merchandise is much better. M

Had a defective ink cartridge and they replaced quickly and promptly without creating additional work on our part. I most definately would recommend them as a place for your ink/toner needs. Very reliable.
