It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

Aug 03,2015this is my second purchase, ink works great, my only gripe is that all the cartridges look the same, so you have to pay attention what cartridge you have in your hand, the factory ones are color coded, other then that, I love the price and the fast shipping! two thumbs up!

HP 88xl black cartridge easily installed and I can't tell the print quality form a factory cartridge during the first 50 pages. Printer recognized it as original full cartridge and cost about one tenth an original from HP. Very happy.

Jul 31,2015I am impressed. I needed ink cartridges for my inkjet printer supporting my home business. Cartridges don't last long and the cost was high for OEM. I was going through several cartridges a month and the cost was adding up. 499inks.com offered remanufactured OEM cartridges for a quarter of the price and with a straight forward shipping cost. I was hesitant, but did the plunge. Not only were the cartridges as promised, but I received them quickly. I will be a repeat customer.

Jul 30,2015I have the EPSON Combo Unit above and ordered the black replacement cartridges, and my printer is printing horribly. I have cleaned, realigned 4 x's and these replacement cartridges are not fitting correctly. I have a printer in which I paid nearly $200. for and I print coupons along with invoices for our small business. I have lost many coupons because you are only able to get one, sometimes two prints and when the printer prints it all unclear I lose that coupon. It totally stinks. After I had received my 2 cartridges, I was out of ink so I put one right in., they worked well for my test printing that evening. I went onto the couponing site and shared that I had found a good price on ink to my fellow couponers. MISTAKE! I hate that I recommended these remanufactured cartridges. They simply do not fit correctly and my printer had made a clunky/squeal sound a couple times. I do not recommend. I have lost money!

This what i have been talking about!! Today I received the 2nd shipment from your site again no clips Why is seem that every website that sells discount cartridge show this clip yet that come with no clips? some body that's it charge ought to change pictures explain that are not included. Here's a bright ideal start including them !! Even have them available to people what send the empty. back . What an ideal. I going to send this letter to other websites I am not going to give up in till I see change in company policy

Jul 30,2015For my printer, a new black ink cartridge costs $36.99. I had been buying refurbished cartridges for about $16, then friend suggested 499inks. I was skeptical b/c it just seemed TOO cheap, and that there would be some kind of catch. I did decide to give it a try though & I'm very pleased. The cartridges work perfectly; exactly the same as ink that costs a lot more. Shipping time was one week. I'm thrilled, and I'm definitely sticking with 499inks from now on.

Jul 30,2015Received a faulty cartridge -- which can happen -- no problem there, but after talking to support, explaining how I had followed the cleaning suggestions twice, sending a photo of the ink cartridge leaving only two colors on wet paper towel instead of three, they email that they've solved the problem. Get a wet paper towel and clean the cartridge. Really??? Clearly they had not read either of my emails, nor paid any attention to the details of our phone call. Would buy a new one if they were still made, but no such luck. Will have to find another company to deal with though because 499inks is not worth the trouble.

Jul 30,2015I ordered two ink cartridges and completed my order. Then, I realized I meant to order one color cartridge, and one ink cartridge, so I immediately send in another order with the ink cartridges I had failed to include on my initial order. I was concerned about the time enroute the order would take, but seven days after I sent in one order, I received a package with two color cartridges inside. This is great, I thought. However, the two black cartridges did not arrive the next day, nor the day after that, and in fact, I am still waiting for the second order to arrive. I called 499inks on Monday of this week, and spoke to someone who I had trouble understanding, but he said (I think) that he would put in a new order and when the one came, I could refuse it. When, and if I receive two orders of the black cartridges, I will return one. When that happens, I will put 499inks back on my list to order in the future.

Aug 05,2015I reviewed many sites and 499inks was by far the best. I had ordered my inks, and they were here 2 days sooner than they said. That was great for me, I really needed the inks. My printer takes 5 cartridges so that can be very, very expensive. I ordered 2 sets and got free shipping. So you will not go wrong with buying from them.
