It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

I am very pleased and satisfied with your service. My printer ink is not sold in any stores I could find w/in 50 mls. They were out of stock for over month where I bought the printer. I have used online to purchase it b4 but at much more cost and additional shipping fee.I will definitely be a return customer.

I recently purchased a couple of ink cartridges for my Epson printer and I was very happy with my purchase. They cost me less than half of what an ink cartridge would cost me at Fry's Electronic.

You are a terrible site and lie to boot. You said you posted a refund to me and I called my credit card company and you did not post a refund for your WRONG products. If you want them back send me a self addressed postage envelope and you can have them back, they're garbage and you're are not a reputable company. You are dishonest. I will continue to dispute your dishonesty with my credit card company.

I HAVE BEEN USING 499 INKS FOR SOME TIME NOW. THEIR QUALITY IS GREAT / AND IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS THEY ARE THERE TO HELP. THEY WILL HELP YOU IDENTIFY THE CORRECT INK FOR YOUR MACHINE OR APPLICATION. I HAVE TRIED OTHERS HOWEVER I SUGGEST THE BEST - 499ink THKS 499 INKS GARY, EATONTOWN, NJ

This is a modification of the review that I left on March 4, 2015. After quite a few printer head cleanings, my Epson printer makes acceptable copies with 499 inks cartridges. Some of the cartridges, not all, are recognized by my printer as not by Epson, but following the instructions of 499inks, hitting ok or accept, they work fine. Have ordered more cartridges. Not sure why I had problems, but the 499 cartridges work fine. The response below is to my first posting.

opened the black ink cartridge and removed the tape. Black ink ran out, and ruined a new pair of levi jeans

I recently purchased 5 ink cartridges for my canon printer. I thought they were a good price and 499 inks got good reviews from most everyone. They arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. I thought "wow, this is great", right up until the time I was installing the first cartridge. As I opened the first one, I had ink all over my hands and down the front of my clothing. Each subsequent cartridge provided another color ink on my hands. I will admit that once the ink was in the printer it worked just fine. I guess if you wear gloves and an apron to install them it would be a bargain. With my outfit ruined and my hands a mess, I am not thinking it was a true savings. I believe I will return to buying name brand ink cartridges.

Great quality. Bare bones packing, but adequate. One low price on all the products, plus free shipping deal. Very satisfied and will re-order when printer is low on ink.
