It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

499inks is a lifesaver! It's good for my business. I can offer cheaper charge of printings for my clients so they keep coming back to me. In return, I keep coming to this site! They provide everything I wish from a ink site. Wide choices for many of my different printers. Great price for re-used ink cartridges. Of course, the quality is not as cheap as the price.

All ink cartridges for 4.99! Are you kidding? I just made the best deal! I placed an order for Re-manufactured Epson T277XL320 Magenta, Yellow, Cyan and Black. It only cost me $20 which would cost me much much more in other stores. They delivered on time. I tried it and really amazed me that it works. It actually works! I mean, I'n skeptical at first because it's really cheap. But then when I tested it, that's it! I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to purchase!

I have been ordering replacement cartridges since the beginning of this year. This store was recommended by a friend. He told me that he has been a loyal customer from this site. I was surprised how cheap everything was. I was worried at first though. I'm not sure if it's gonna fit with my printer. I saw some reviews about incompatible/misfitting cartridges in some sites before. Regardless, I gave it a try. Since then, I am glad to have found this store. It totally works plus it's very cheap than the original ones. The quality isn't compromised so I am even more glad. I'd recommend this to a friend as well.

One of the main thing I look for re-manufactured cartridges and ink refills is of course, the undeniable good quality for less the price. And I found it from this site. So, I want to thank you guys for always sending me my purchases assured with filled, working cartridges which is what I exactly need plus some excellent quality of the print copies!

Very glad I ordered from this company. Excellent customer service and product matches what I ordered, works perfectly fine. Only thing I would change would be the speed of delivery but then if you take into consideration they sent the inks from California and I'm in Florida and it took 4-5 days it was pretty good.

In general these off brand cartridges work, but if you get a bad one (2 out of 10 in my experience) they make it not worth your time to try to return/get replacements. The misdirection and confusion on their email form seems purposeful.

The black ink cartridges that I purchased from 499inks.com work fine. I appreciate that 499inks.com included with the mailing a paper that explained how to work around the monopolistic and predatory rigging that HP perpetrates on its printers to try to prevent users from using a more reasonably-priced cartridge.
