Mar 11,2023Chris Turner and his team at 4x4 Tyres fitted a set of 18inch Nemesis Alloys and a set of BF Goodrich All Terrain tyres to my Defender 5 years ago. They’re still going strong with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I misplaced a centre cap for the spare wheel a few years ago and after searching high and low on the internet with no luck, I emailed Chris to see if he had any. He did and was kind enough to send me one completely free of charge. It was a refreshing reminder that in today’s world where getting a decent service is like hen’s teeth, customer service matters and is top of the list for companies like 4x4 Tyres. Thankyou Chris!

Mar 11,2023There was problems with the fitting day that was shown available but 4X4 tyres, when I spoke to 4X4 tyres they sincerely apologised and they would phone me back in 30 mins, not only did they phone me back but they had organised for me to go to another fitting garage they reimbursed my fitting charge and paid for my fitting. That is what I call service and top customer care and I will certainly use 4X4 tyres again
