Mar 04,2023Extremely helpful staff and went above and beyond to sort out an issue with the garage with whom the original tyre fitment was booked. Will recommend 4x4Tyres to others. Edit: Changing the rating to 1 star because of their terrible warranty policy. One of the tyres (Insa Turbo Dakar) had a huge bulge within 2 months of buying and I requested them to change it under warranty. They took the tyre and 1 month later said that they would not replace it because I had caused that damage to the tyre. I have been driving for 25 plus years and have lots of experience with 4x4 tyres, I know how much torture needs to be dished out to an MT tyre to develop such a bulge. I had not hit any curb, all I did was drive down to Bicester from London and back. I am the last person to ask for a replacement if I was at fault. I got so pissed off with the tyres that threw the rest of them away and bought 5 BFGoodrich KO2s from Blackcircles.com. I am never going to buy any tyre from 4x4 tyres. The initial experience had been bad but they somehow had rectified it but the final experience was worse.
