Sep 15,2016I was a bit wary about ordering from here as I personally do not know the shop or the website and only found it while looking for a very particular pair of trainers on google. They had run out of my size in all the shops, so this was really my only option. However, 5pointz provided excellent service - constantly updating me about my order. The website is also very easy to use and the delivery was on the scheduled date. There was a minor hiccup with the delivery as the first time interlink express tried to deliver they said they was no one to receive the parcel. However I specifically stayed back home, cancelling other plans just so I could be home for this delivery and I am pretty sure that the delivery guy did not ring the door bell. I called right away and the lady on the phone at 5points redirected me to interlink express customer service was helpful. The delivery was then made a few hours later, but that meant I had to stay back home an extra few hours just to make sure I received it this time. Having read so many negative reviews about the delivery I was obviously a bit skeptical. But they have a very handy tracking app, where you can basically locate the parcel on the day of your delivery. Barring this minor inconvenience, my whole experience was very pleasant. Product was in very good condition, packaging was great - just wish they offered free standard delivery after a minimum spend.

I have to say she was exceptional in her service, and made sure I was a happy customer at the end.
