Bought a nike huarache from 5 pointz and made a mistake of clicking collect from store meanwhile a live 100's of miles away. Called and spoke to my opinion the best customer advisor i have dealt with in this country by far and all my worries were sorted out quickly and got my lovely cheap huarache the next day(am really a happy customer). Is my first order with 5pointz and indeed you are a 5 star company. Expect more orders from me and my families. Keep up the good work.

Was told my parcel would arrive on the 30th, woke up early to receive the expected delivery only to be text saying they didn't have my parcel! When the trainers arrive the badge was hanging off one of the trainers! Totally unacceptable, very inconvenienced customer.

Picked up a great deal on a pair of Nike trainers ~ Bought them five minutes before 3pm but didn't deliver next day. Couple of polite emails and P&P was refunded!! Top service and would certainly use them again!!

The only issue I had was a slight delay in delivery from a mix up of tracking no's. If it wasn't for that it would of been a 5*. Good service, great price, will buy again Thanks 5 Pointz
