Sep 01,2015£130 shoes coming apart at the sole after just 6 months was told by staff it was due to my job, which only involved driving. Only wore the shoes for work so they really had no mileage on them at all. Seems rather than work towards a solution, they worked towards an excuse to do nothing. Really bad attitudes, arrogant responses and I was essentially fobbed off. Went back to nike who immediately refunded me. Would never use them again. Every cloud though, discovered Hanon shoes in Aberdeen who's sneaker selection is far superior aswell as better customer service. I suppose its true what they say, folk are much nicer up north.
