Dec 31,2015All items arrived on time as promised. I was updated through delivery. Received a text saying exactly what time my item would arrive, which made it a lot easier to plan and be home. Great website, always have great offers and current brands. Instagram page is great also, it's nice being updated with offers and new releases. Shame there isn't a store in London!

Dec 24,2015Great customer service and kind staff! Ordered with them twice and plan too again! Packaging was great when I received my order! 4 instead of 5 stars, as for international orders the shipment cost is quite a lot (had to pay 40£ the last time-although they said 5£ should be refunded to me) and delivery time takes quite a while (ordered on the 12th of December 2015, still waiting for package...). The problem is they use Royal Mail which is by far the worst service (you don't even get sufficient tracking) but I guess Fed Ex, DHL etc. costs quite more if they don't have an agreement with them. Overall, would definitely recommend 5pointz!

Dec 23,2015Placed my order on a Monday night but didn't get an order confirmation so I rang them the next day. The lady who answered was extremely helpful and friendly. She had received my order but I had put my email address in wrong. She corrected it all and confirmed my order was being despatched. It arrived on the Wedneday. Can't fault anything about them and would definitely order from them again.

Dec 14,2015Although the item was easy to purchase, I had emailed several times asking to cancel the order before it was to be dispatched. I had no response and had to pay postage to return the item after i'd recieved it (postage which i have not even been offered a reimbursement for). Horrible service.
